In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi,
We are experiencing an issue with the stepped booking system. If we select one of the extra services, the calendar shows an invalid date and NaN in the year selector. All dates in the calendar are unselectable so the customer cannot proceed to book.
If no extra services are selected, customers can book as normal.
Do you know what the fix would be for this?

Sorry about the waiting time.
We are not working at the weekends, and we got slowed down by unusual number of new tickets.

I believe I can see the issue.
Basically, these extras add additional 90 minutes to the service ( at least it seems this way);
and I can see the default duration is 90 minutes.
So, when we add this, it is then 180 minutes in total,
and Amelia is not able to offer any time slots.
Can you please check what are the working hours for the employee(s) providing the service -
are the work hours long enough to cover time slots of 180 minutes - for situations if a customer chooses additional Extra 90 minutes?
