Hi, I cannot access my SMS Notification Service. I have input ID/Password same as Amelia plugin ID/PW. However, it is not possible to enter in. And tried to find the password to send an e-mail but the e-mail is not received.
Could you help me how to find the SMS notification access ID/PW?
I'm having the same problem, all of a sudden SMS is not working, customers are upset and I can't even log in. I enter the username and password and it just doesn't do anything. I've already tried to turn off all my other plugins and get rid of all my other themes but nothing helped. :(
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator - everyone should send it to us at reply privately in their ticket) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You may see PRIVATE switcher button below this reply box. You can move it to PRIVATE mode. Then this reply box is changed to PRIVATE mode. You can check the below left box of POST REPLY is changed to REPLY PRIVATELY as well.
Thank You Paul, but I think that because I'm not the one who started this Topic, I'm not allowed to respond privately. When I try to reply, this is the window I see. There is no "Private" option. Just wanted to leave a public update here, my System Admin said he was able to ping smsapi.wpamelia.com and the IP was not blacklisted.
However today I went ahead and tried again and all of a sudden the SMS portion allows me to log in again without any issues. There is also a new Whatsapp portion. So I don't know if there was an update done to fix this, I know the whatsapp portion was not there before. Good news is it seems to be ok now.
