I would like to offer several services at different times in one day. at the moment i can only offer one or more services per day at the same time. For example, I would like 10-11 service 1 and 12-15 service 2. At the moment only 10-15 service 1 and 2 are possible.

You can set that up in employee working hours. If you assign an employee to 2 services and you set that your employee works from 10 to 15 he will rok on both services.
But you can create several time slots and you can set that your employee works on service 1 from 10 to 11 and on service 2 from 12 to 15
