    Hello!

I have adjusted the business and 1 employee hours between 08:00-18:30 and for some reason the only available appt times to be chosen are after 10:00pm and there are very few. Wondering how to work around this and adjust the times shown on the front-end.

    Hi, Sophia

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Can you please make sure that you have the latest Amelia version, 5.4 ?

If not, please update,  and let me know if that helped.

-Updating the plugin to the latest version

    -

Also, if you can elaborate on some details.

    - -Should all of the services be offered starting from 8 PM ?

I see you have multiple services available, on the related page.

For example, for every service, I can see different starting point for the available time slots.

Some of them are offered from 9 PM, some 10 PM,  but this one from 8 PM.

Maybe it will be best if I check the back-end setup, and the work hours of the employee.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Milos.

Thanks for getting back to me. I was messing with the times, and I am trying to schedule most days to be between 8am USA-PST until 6:00pm USA-PST, therefore the employee work hours at 8:00-18:00, however, the same hours do NOT reflex on the back end. I am thinking this may be a time zone issue? I live in Los Angeles, CA and want my hours reflected as so.

I will need instructions on how to make you an account / grant you access to the back end so you can look through.

    Hi, Sophia

I agree, from your description of the situation, I would say this might be an issue with the Time Zone settings.

Here is what you can check :

If you enabled this setting : Show booking slots in client time zone on the Amelia general settings :

If you enable this option your clients will see time slots in their own time zone, and once they schedule an appointment you will see it in the back-end in the time zone that you have set in the WordPress General Settings under the Timezone option.

So, for example, if your clients are in a time zone that is 1 hour less than yours, they will schedule an appointment for 8 pm, and you will see this appointment at 9 pm in the appointments list.

    -

Also, for example, in the main WP time zone, on the settings , if you have set a fixed UTC time zone.

We strongly recommend switching to a City that is the closest to the same time zone, to avoid any issues between back-end and front-end times.

Please check out more details explained about using time zones in Amelia on this page. Time Zones with Amelia

     The main summary is :

When you select the city you're in, in WordPress' General Settings, the system automatically calculates the Daylight Savings Time, and shifts the clock accordingly,

so if you have any issues with what you see on the front-end vs what you see in the back-end, always check the Time Zone in WordPress.

    -

    And with this new feature to set employees time zones;

we also recommend picking a city, rather than a fixed UTC time zone, to avoid any issues.

    Important to note :

for employees as well, it will only show their time zone when they log into the employee panel;  otherwise on the back-end, it will always show your WordPress time zone.

    -

I hope that was clear, and that this fixes the issue.

Let me know how it goes?

    -

If you still can't resolve it,  I can remotely take a closer look.

Here is a useful tutorial on how to add WP users.

You can simply create a new Admin user for me,      if you wish you can use my Email for the user ([email protected])
