I'm having an issue with payments using the step booking. When going through to the payment page, no matter what I try I can't get it to populate the total amounts, amount due today and amount left to pay. I want to be able to charge deposits but even if I turn deposits off, I can't get the amounts to appear on the payment section.
If i use the older views (catalogue for example) it works fine, but I want to use the step booking view. Any idea why this might be happening?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
