I wanted to see about the following options for our wordpress booking build. These are things we will need and I don't see them as built in options. If they aren't built in do you have a solution for these?
I don't want to have to return and build with a new application because I do like things. I just really need to have some of these abilities.
Here is the list:
1.) Not double booking space (we set them as locations) - So I want to see how I can make sure we don't double book a space. For example we have a location set up for our salon booth and it only has space for one appointment at a time. There are a few employees available during the same hours. what we need is - when the booth "location" is booked for that time we need that time blocked off of the other employees scheduled. This is very important as we don't want to double book the booth and have two people come when only one chair/space is available at a time.
1.) Membership (customers) discounts and logins - I don't see a space for people to register as members without ordering a service first, other than by manual entry in the admin portal. I would like to allow people to register as members (customers). Is this possible? Along with that we will have tiered memberships that allow paid members (monthly subscribed customers), to be able to get special discounts and free workshops. Is this possible through your system? If not, is there a system we can use and sync with your system so they will get the allowed discounts based on the email address/customer login without them having to have a coupon code?
3.) Reviews - we would like our verified customers to be able to leave a review for the employees so that we can keep track of our top employees and know who is the best.
Just wanted to see if you have any solutions for these things or work arounds. I only nee done license so I did purchase the basic program, but I do need these options.
Also, how do I get a few of the view options that are on your demo - example:
Thank you - any advice really helps. I like your application and want to be able to continue to use it, but I do need as much of this functionality as possible to satisfy the client's needs.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. There is currently no option to set capacity for a specific location, but you could create different services for each location and assign one employee per service that is assigned to that specific location.
2. Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future.
Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.
At the moment we can't give you more precise information because as we said we don't work with membership plugins but you can buy Amelia's license and try it out we have a 15-day money-back guarantee and in that time period you can see if Amelia suits your needs.
3. This is currently not possible with the Amelia plugin, but we have a plan to include this feature in one of the future updates, but there is no ETA at the moment.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Just wanted to refresh this ticket to see if anyone has any answers to any of these questions?
