    Hi,

We are a medium-sized demeter organic farm project with various areas https://www.dottenfelderhof.de/ .

Among other things, there is also a mini farm for kindergartens, school classes, groups and interested people, as well as a culture café with many public events.

Below are the requirements we have collected so far.

IT WOULD BE VERY, VERY HELPFUL FOR US IF YOU COULD ASSESS WHETHER YOUR PLUGIN IS SUITABLE FOR OUR REQUIREMENTS.
You may insert into my text below a note - under the corresponding topic - , if one of our topics don't fit to the possibilities of your plugin ... that would be perfect.

Thanks in advance for your effort!

    ### REQUIREMENTS ###

    - Event subtypes can be defined

    - the visibility of the appointments can be adjusted (e.g. with button click set to private)

    - It is possible to duplicate events "at the touch of a button".

    - User groups allow the same system to be used in different areas of the BIO project

    - Rebookings between events (Admin feature) of the same type should be possible (same price, same event type and subtype)

    - Optional: Can the system also be used as a table reservation?

    PAYMENT / BOOKING:

    - The booking and payment processing is offered with the plugin

    - Payment methods PayPal and Klarna are available

    - IMPORTANT:
Dispatch date also possible depending on events?
      Example:
      1. At a fixed date, an email is sent to a customer asking them to book and pay for the reserved date within a week
      2. After a week, no booking has been made and a 2nd e-mail request is sent out automatically
      3. After another week without a booking, an e-mail is automatically sent to the customer with the cancellation and an e-mail to the administration that the relevant date is available again (as the icing on the cake, the date could now be a get another status.)
      4. If a booking is made within one week according to point 1, steps 2 to 3 are omitted; the same applies to point 2.

    Best regards

    Hello Hans-Martin Aurich,

Thank you for your interest in our product.

    1. - Currently around 100 - 200 events are offered each year - You can set as many events as you need

    2. - We have the following event variants and should be able to be covered by the plugin: All-day appointments (e.g. 05.06.2022 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.) Afternoon / morning appointments with times (e.g. 02.05.2022 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.) Series appointments (e.g. 02.05.2022 8am - 10am + 05.06.2022 8am - 4pm + 20.09.2022 2pm - 6pm + 01.11.2022 10am - 12pm) Appointments over several days (e.g. from 02.05.2022 8 a.m. to 04.05.2022 10 a.m.) - Appointments and events are different features. Appointments can be held for several day, while Events can last for days. You can read more about events on the following link https://wpamelia.com/events/

    3. - Events that are offered free of charge and those that have to be booked for a fee

    - Tickets can be created and printed out by the customer

    BACKEND / ADMINISTRATION:

    - Event types (types) can be defined

    - Event subtypes can be defined

    - the visibility of the appointments can be adjusted (e.g. with button click set to private)

    - It is possible to duplicate events "at the touch of a button".

    - User groups allow the same system to be used in different areas of the BIO project

    - Rebookings between events (Admin feature) of the same type should be possible (same price, same event type and subtype) - You should take a look at our demos to so that you can understand how Amelia works and what you can achieve with Amelia.

You can read more about events on the following link https://wpamelia.com/events/

    4. - Optional: Can the system also be used as a table reservation? -

Yes, Amelia can be used for restaurant table booking.

We don't have an option for displaying the table plan, but you can create tables in the place where our employees are, and give customers the option to pick one of the tables.

You can also set minimum and maximum capacity for each table and disable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity". We made this option for this kind of use case since it works in the way that once some customer books above minimum capacity it automatically closes this time slot for the particular table so other customers (that don't know each other) can not fill in the table until the maximum capacity is reached.

Please just be aware that at the moment each employee (table) would need different email set in the profile but there is a workaround if you plan to use Gmail or Outlook mail.

    5. PAYMENT / BOOKING:

    - The booking and payment processing is offered with the plugin

    - Payment methods PayPal and Klarna are available

    - Different accounts / PayPal accounts / Klarna accounts can be stored as payment recipients for each user group (or for each event type).

    - Depending on the type of event, the booking forms can be supplemented with their own form fields

    - Depending on the type of event, the booking forms can be supplemented with specific text blocks

    - Optional: DATEV interface available? (== Can we transfere data to DATEV automatically?) - Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe, WooCommerce and RazorPay. You can read more about how the integration with this system works on these links

    https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration/

    NOTIFICATIONS:

    - E-mail confirmation (repeated sending possible from the backend by pressing a button if required)

    - E-mail reminders (also several)

    - E-mails should be freely definable in terms of content and design

    - Text blocks for the emails can be defined (reuse in multiple email templates

    6. - IMPORTANT:   Dispatch date also possible depending on events?   Example:   1. At a fixed date, an email is sent to a customer asking them to book and pay for the reserved date within a week   2. After a week, no booking has been made and a 2nd e-mail request is sent out automatically   3. After another week without a booking, an e-mail is automatically sent to the customer with the cancellation and an e-mail to the administration that the relevant date is available again (as the icing on the cake, the date could now be a get another status.)   4. If a booking is made within one week according to point 1, steps 2 to 3 are omitted; the same applies to point 2. - Amelia notifications do not work in that way. The customer needs to book the appointment so that they can receive the notifications.

We cannot know how your work will look like and how you wanted everything to work, we advise you to play with our demos in order to get a better impression of whether Amelia meets your needs.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.
