Hi,
A client noticed they couldn't book the packages anymore on our website.
I rolled back the plugin all the way to 5.1, and then it works again! I also disabled all major plugins to debug it, but that didn't do anything.
After selecting the 5 dates they have to book the "continue" button doesn't do anything.
In the console this error pops up with every click:
TypeError: e.slots[e.list[a].date] is undefined
uk /wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/v3/public/assets/stepForm.7f17f3bc.js:2393
Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug?
I went trough all the settings, I can't figure it out.
I am using the new form btw.
Thanks!
Thomas
Hello Thomas,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hey Thomas.
This is a rather interesting bug. If you first book the 3 appointments in November and then book the remaining 2 appointments in October, the booking will go through normally.
However, if you book appointments in a logical order (2 appointments in October, then the remaining 3 appointments in November), you won't be able to.
Our developers are aware of this and they already fixed it for the next update. I asked them to send me the fix, so you (and everyone else affected by this) can implement it on your end. As soon as I receive it, I'll send it to you.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I could not have shared the fix publically, because it contains the installation file for Amelia with the fix applied.
If someone else is facing the same issue, please open a new private ticket and we'll send you the fix.
