Hello,
i would like to know what would is the easyest way to do this. I will put an example as i don't know how to tell otherwise.
Example: One of the employes has a child. Her schedule is based normaly from 8:00 -16:00. But now she gets a notice from school that she will need to pick up the child earlier than ussual on friday. She doesn't have any appointments yet but she would need to alter the schedule for this one time so she only work until 14:00. How would she alter the schedule like this. As this is not a reacuring event she doesnt need to chanhe the whole schedule.
i hope i have made a good example Thank you for the help
Hello Anze,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
She can do that in two ways:
1. She can change her schedule from the employee panel if you gave her that permission in role settings
2. Or if you did the GoogleOutlook integrations then she can just block out those time slots through the calendar, by creating busy events in the calendar.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
