New employee calendar error

    I have just signed up a new employee to out amelia plugin and she is having trouble accessing her calendar to block out bookings. 

    For example, she tried to book out 7:30am this morning but it is only showing her appointments on the back end from 3pm today. She also cannot select other employees to book appointments (whereas myself and Dom can). So it seems there is a default diary that is interrupting her access. Her email to login is: [email protected]

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    I am sorry, but I am having difficulty understanding exactly what the issue is.

    If I understand, you added a new Amelia employee ,   and when this employee logs in ([email protected]),

    they can not see some available booking slots,   that should be available for booking, according to the employee working hours for this service?

    Can you please tell me what is the service name, that should have been available at 7:30am this morning?

    Now, I am mostly confused because you say that you and Dom can see other employee bookings.

    Are your accounts also Amelia employee ,

    or are you Administrator/managers?

    Admins and managers can see other employee's bookings, and they can create bookings for all employees;

    but an Amelia employee  should only be able to see their own booking -- not from others...

    Could you please elaborate with a bit more details, just to clarify those points-

    and if you can help me log in WP-Admin, to check this for you?

    I found some credentials in your user notes, made by my colleagues, but I am unable to access the site.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
