Everything was fine since I purchased the plugin....then today when I logged into my site, I notice a few things that seemed off. The Employees step disappeared form the New Step Form, so I went to Setting -> Role Settings to see if i had something set wrong. Ive attached snapshots of what I found:  When I clicked on EMPLOYEE in the dialog box, there was a message that says that the feature is only available in the PRO version. I double checked my account on your site and my domain is showing active. I also checked the activation setting on my site and it also prompted me to upgrade.

I'm in the middle of designing my site and this happens! This is unfortunate, because I really liked the plugin, but there's obviously some sort of issue going on. I dont want to finish my site, only to discover one day that my activation code has reverted to some unpaid status! Also, just so you know, I never downloaded a free version of this plugin (if you have one). I paid $130 for the PRO version and downloaded from your site.

So, I am requesting that your company honors the 15 Day Moneyback guarantee due to this issue. I'm hoping that I receive the full refund as quickly as you received my payment. Thanks

    Hello Anthony,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Everything is fine and Amelia doesn't have any issues with the purchase code. This usually happens if the purchase code is (for some reason) saved with a space in the database. So, even though it looks normal, and it is saved successfully in the plugin, it's saved with a space in front or after the code in the database.

If you know your way around the database, you can check this. Activate the code, then access your database via PHPMyAdmin (or some other tool), access wp_options table:

It is possible that your prefix is not "wp_", but something else, so if that is the case, please look for "your_prefix_options" table.

When you access it, you can search through the column "option_name". Search for the term "amelia_settings":

The search will return only one row, and you need to edit it:

In "option_value" column, look for "purchaseCodeStore":

I don't have a purchase code saved in my local installation, but you'll see it like this:

    3279186834.png

In this example, there is a space between the last character and the closing quote, so after it's deleted the plugin should not deactivate the purchase code every time you attempt to update it.

My advice would be to copy the entire purchase code section into a text editor. When I copied what you saw in the screenshot above, this is what I got:

    "purchaseCodeStore":"XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX "

So, even though it's not obvious in the database, it shows there's a space in a text editor.

    I hope that helps.

But if you still want a refund please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:

If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund PolicywpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

    Kind Regards,
