We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I own/operate a window tinting business. I am trying to setup Amelia to enable me to allow customers to schedule Drop Off appointments. I have successfully set up most of this. However, I am running into a issue when trying trying to allow more than one appointment per day.
I have setup two employees and multiple slots for both.
I everything setup the way I want it but I cant figure out how to allow for more than one appointment per day. It's important for the services to all have the same duration, that being 8hrs as these are for Drop Off appointments. Please advise?
Hello Joseph,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We do not know how you set up your business and how it works. But if your appointment length i 8 hours and you have assigned both employees to same service they can only have one appointment per day if they working hours are 8 hours.
You can either set shorter time for for service for example 1 hour and then they will be able to have 8 appoinmtent per day or you can set your service to be a group appointment so that you can allow more people to book the same time slot.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

I will give the group appointment a try. I do have another question. Is there a way to disable the "bringing another person" question that pops up. That question is never applicable for any of my services but I have no idea how to turn it off?
Hello Joseph,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Yes, of course, you can do that easily. You just need to go to service/edit service/Duration & Pricing and turn off that option there and that is it.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
