I guess you mean, when you go into Amelia settings/Notifications/Sms,
the issue is happening when you try to log in/sign/up/Forgot password?
We can remotely log in your WP Admin to take a look,
but if you wish to save time, first please try this :
It is possible that this is some kind of a conflict between Amelia and another plugin on your site, or the current theme.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved?
If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin,
purge all cache of the site, then refresh the page where the issue is, and see if the issue stops.
If it does, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue comes back.
Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
yeah it still keeps doing it. It just logs me out. It’s honestly inconsistent. The guys aren’t getting the notifications at all which is becoming useless at this point
I pretty much cannot login, sign up, or reset my password. It just spins then it times out

Firstly my sincere apology for the waiting time.
We checked with our developers, and seems we found the root of the issue.
We have recently changed the SMS server, so
can you please reach out to the DevOps of your server
(or reach out to your hosting provider, and get them to ask the DevOps) if they can ping our server?
Also, can they whitelist this IP address: 116.203.87.139?

We changed the SMS Server two weeks ago, so the IP address was changed.
If it worked before, and now it doesn't, IP is probably not whitelisted
Let me know how it goes, we will be here to provide additional advice if needed.
