Hi, I have used an email [email protected] as a customer to test out my form. After the test , I am trying to create an Amelia employee using that same "[email protected]" email too but I received the message "This email is already in use". I know we can't have the same email in the customer and employee role but I have deleted the customer "[email protected]" and its not listed in the customer list anymore but I still can't create the Amelia employee using that email. Hope to hear from you soon . Thanks! -Regards Kelvin
Firstly, our sincere apologies for all the waiting time.
I have a couple of ideas what the issue might be in this case,
but if you wish to save time, the quickest will be if you can allow us to take a look at your setup,
and the users - then we should be able to quickly see what is the exact issue, that is stopping you from adding a new employee with that email.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hello Kelvin,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You need to access your database and delete this customer from there. After that you will be able to create the employee with that mail.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
