Is there a way to change the colors and text of closed/full events in calendar view, so that clients can see which event is available without clicking on it first ?

Hello Folio,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia for Event calendar view.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/

Alternatively, is there a way to hide/remove closed event from calendar view?
Hello Folio,
For that, you need to delete them. Once you delete them on the backend they will no longer be shown on the front.

Hi, Folio
At this time, unfortunately, we don't have any way to hide/remove the closed Events on the Calendar View,
but also not for the Events List View as well.
-
I even tried to see if we can provide any custom CSS as a workaround, to select only the Closed Events,
but the CSS selector/HTML containers are the same for the closed / full/ open Events,
so it is not possible that way either, at this moment.
-
We do like this idea for improvement, though,
perhaps we might add an option for users to choose, if they wish to hide closed Events from the Calendar,
so if you can be so kind, please suggest this for our developers, and they will do their best to add an option soon.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Kind Regards,
