I have set up payment testing and all is going great however I want to know if it is possible to take deposit payment for appointments manually added.
I plan to set these as pending and change the status once payment has been made.
If I manually add in an appointment is there a placeholder that can direct the client to their client area but with the ability for them to pay the deposit for the appointment or full amount as they would if makaing the bpooking themselves?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. When you book the appointment from the back the only option is to book with on site option for the whole payment.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
