We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

Is it possible to hide the hours outside the working slots in the schedule and the drop-downs for selecting the hours. It's really annoying. (see screenshot).

It would be a great UX feature to be able to select a range of times to display or, even better, automatically calculate times to display the hours based on working time and extra hours (for example an event) if there are any.

In fact I already ask it in a previous ticket (but with 2 questions so I was asked to create a new ticket) and
and I got the following reply.

This is how Amelia looks and works when you enable and allow admin to book at any time. It shows time slots from 00.00 to 24.00. If you disable this option you will see only the working hours that you have set up in employee working hours and it will be shorter.

So OK I understand the logic but then at the UX level you could scroll down automatically to either the current hour or the first working hour.
It won't change the face of the world, but the quality is in the details.

    Regards,
    Christophe
