we offer 3 services on our site. 2 Of them can be offered from 17-23 o'clock also, but the service "3 hours bundle" should be bookable only from 17-20 o'clock and from 20-23 o'clock. Do I have the possibility to set the times for this service?
I would like it to be possible to book the appointment 2 times in one day. If I leave the time slot for the appointment like this and the customer books the appointment for example at 6 or 7 pm, the appointment is blocked for the whole day. (Because the appointment goes 3 hours)
For that purpose, you could enable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page, test it out and let me know if it works or not.
