I have questions about some variations of booking needs.
1) I would like to provide a customer with date options that they can choose from whereby they could then confirm a booking. For example, send them an email where they can open the calendar but only see the dates we are offering THEM? In the meantime, can these TENTATIVE dates be locked in until we receive the customers selection? THen the other dates can be opened to others, including live from the website visitors.
2) If we book an appointment for customer but it is tentative because we are trying to sort the best order for appointments, can they be added into the calendar but NOT have the customer notified until we figure out things on our end.
3) Does your plugin keep track of which customers have been sent an email or text message verses those that have not been? Related to this, do we get a way of knowing if they opened the email or opened the text?
Hello Brian,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
1. Amelia cannot work in that way. Service working time is tied up to Employee working hours. On our booking form customers will choose the service and employee and after the they will see all available time slots for that employee on that service.
We suggest that you take a look at our demos to get a better impression of how Amelia looks and works.
2,3. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
We do not think that Amelia can deliver what you are looking for but if you wish you can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.
We wish you all the best.
Have a lovely weekend.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

You mention customers choose the service and then employee and then see time slots.
Can the choosing employee option be eliminated from the equation? I'd just like to present the services and allow those to be chosen. Afterwards to select a time.
Is this possible?
Hello Brian,
Yes, of course. You can hide the employee choice filed easily in customize section like this
