Hi! I´m wondering if I can book different services the same time (parallely)? Example: I want to let clients book different rooms/tables. So I set up one category (Rooms) and different services/desks as room 1, room 2, room 3... but as soon as - for example - I book room 1 from 11a.m. -1 p.m. that time slot is blocked for 2nd service also. I can´t book room 2 parallelly. So I tried to use categories instead: category 1, room 1 (as I need a mandatory service each category) - but with this method I have the same problem. It should be possible to book categories/services parallelly!? Is that somehow possible?
Hello Tim,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category.
The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse. Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato.
Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.
We hope you understand.
Yes, this is possible but you need to create several employees. For example, if you have 3 services and 3 employees that work on that service you offer 3 seats for that service. But if you have only one employee on 3 services as soon as the employee is booked on one service he is automatically unavailable for other services.
Hope this explains it.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
