    Hello,

    I have been having a very urgent problem with your reservation module. When you go to the site (on the front) most of the reservation modules, whether it is for single sessions or packs, there is only the hourglass that keeps spinning, without the actual display of available reservations.

    I think this is due to the auto update of your extension (because it arrived at the same time, but I'm not sure).

    Can you help me to fix this problem please. Without this, I have trouble getting customers...

    I am attaching some screenshots that may help you and a video so you can see the problem.

    Hello Tajan Thierry,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please check these points:

    1. Are these services visible on the site?

    2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?

    3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included:

    In the example above, the employee is assigned to 3 services, but 2 newly added services are not automatically assigned to the employee's working hours, even though they may be assigned to him/her in the Assigned Services tab. If you want the employee to work on all services that you have, you should clear this selection, and every new service will be added automatically.

    4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.

    5. Check the shortcode on the front-end - if you (for example) used [ameliabooking category=1], and you added the service to Category with ID: 2, the new service from category 2 will not appear in the front-end.

    Same problem for me. I updated and lost all my appointments. I have been without a calendar for 5 days. Customer service Amelia not respond. Good luck to you

    Hello Gianni

    We have solved the problem as follows:
    1) Modify the working hours settings by indicating the possibility to work all day.
    2) Save the change.
    3) Check on the site that the change has been taken into account.
    4) Change the working hours again as before.
    5) Save the change.
    6) Check on the site that everything is working correctly again.

    Hi, Gianni.

    We realise that the issue on your site has had an impact to your business,

    but the issue on this ticket is completely different.

    On your site, somebody has somehow deleted all the Amelia tables in the database, so your hosting had to revert to a backed-up version of the site.

    As we explained on your ticket here, Amelia is not capable of deleting anything in your database on its own,  other than by manual action from a user.

    It is also not correct that we have not responded for 5 days, as you claim.

    The first reply took less than two days,

    and the second reply was also less than two days.

    Unfortunately, sometimes we get an unusual volume of tickets that slows down our response times, 

    ideally, we like to respond within the first couple of hours,

    but we never claimed to have an "instant response time".

    Tajan, my apologies for that,  we just wanted to state the facts about the claim that our support does not respond.

    I am very happy to see that you have resolved the issue on this ticket,

    thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps you took, we will make note of this,

    and we will pass it to our developers,

    they will make sure to iron out everything,  and we will also launch a new update ,

    it should be next week, with a couple of bug fixes. smile.png
