I am creating some custom fields, when I click on events the list to choose from is extremely long, so I decided to cancel/delete some old events but then all of the attendees are receiving cancellation notices for events that happened in the past. How can I delete these old events without sending out notifications?
For that purpose, I would suggest that you disable the "Event canceled by admin" notification template when you delete events and the customers should not receive that email once the event has been canceled/deleted.
Hope this helps you.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Mandy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, I would suggest that you disable the "Event canceled by admin" notification template when you delete events and the customers should not receive that email once the event has been canceled/deleted.
Hope this helps you.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
