My photographers want to be able to rent the space as well as take photo sessions from clients, so I've created a 'Studio' employee to handle when our employees book a blank session for a time slot. This works perfectly however the employee isn't a customer per say so they can't access the Appointments page to see their own reservations and cancel/make changes etc. I imagine it would work if I set them up a completely separate account but is it possible for the system to see employees as customers too?
Hello Jason,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. This is because those two roles have completely different permissions and thus this cannot be done as it creates a conflict so speak.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
