I cannot see the option to display any employee in the new booking form?
I understand you can choose to make it not mandatory but customers dont immediately see this and feel forced to picking an employee which then might not be available for their time slot.
No that wouldnt work, alot of customers pick their employee and some dont, but disabling that option has made it very confusing and the form unusable for us and customers think they now have to pick one and they dont want to, they just want to pick the time.
The reason why the "Any employee" option has been disabled is because, now, the employee is not chosen until the time slot is chosen so that there are more time slots available for the customer to choose.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
On the 2.0 booking form, the employee is chosen once the time slot has been selected, that way, more time slots are displayed as available on the front-end.
Hope this helps you.

Hello Francesca,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We have disabled that option of the 2.0 booking form, but you could simply disable the display of the "employee" field on the front-end.
Please let me know if that worked for you.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,

I must have the wrong form then as mine says
service
employee
then once you pick them it takes you to the time slots?
Hello Francesca,
My apologies for the misunderstanding, I thought that we were talking about employee choice when there is no "Employee" field on the booking form.
You are right about that, when there is an employee field on the front-end, the employee choice is before the time slot selection.
Hope this helps you.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
