We have observed that when an appointment is canceled the counter of available places in the activity is not incremented.
I.e. In a workshop we have a maximum of 15 places available, and 5 reservations approved, what it is shown as 5/15. If either the client, the employee or the administrator cancels one of those appointments, it is shown with a red circle in the list, but the counter remains to 5, still showing 5/15 instead of 4/15.
This is just caching issue. Once you cancel the event for one attendee please just refresh the page and see if the number of available places is changed.
I have checked it again and it looks it is not a caching issue. Please review the iimages I attach. You will see in the first image that there are three reservations but one was cancelled, but the counter keeps on showing 3/15 instead of 2/15.
To verify it again I have created another appointment to myself ([email protected]). Then the counter is incremented to 4/15. Next I cancel the appointment, and after a while, even after doing refresh/reload of the page, the counter shows wrongly 4/15.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
