I am looking for a solution to allow my clients to change the day and time of their classes.

I teach face-to-face classes at my center. Each class has a maximum limit of 15 participants. Each client goes to one or two classes a week, always at the same time and on the same days of the week, for example my client goes to class on Mondays at 6:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m., and It always goes at the same times and days.

I give my clients the possibility of being able to change and attend another time and another day, as long as there is space on the day and at the time that my client wants.

I do those changes manually, but it's gotten to a point where I have so many users that it's crazy to do it manually. Can Amelia help me carry that more automatically?

The idea is that each user enters the web and changes the day and time of his class to those that are available.

I don't need to sell or charge for classes, I already have that covered, I just need a system for my clients to change, by themselves, their days and hours of classes.
