best will be if you can make a screen recording and show us this behaviour,
so that we can see what you mean?

If perhaps you are not seeing the standard employee schedule when logged as Admin, and you book from back end,
currently for Admins there is no limitation, they can book 24 hours and in the past.
But if you make an Amelia manager user,
you can log in like this and you will then see only the standard free available times for booking from back end.

I am not sure if i understood the questions correctly.
1. If you mean, the order of the employee selection of a service dropdown,
it will be in alphabetical order of the employee names.
At this time we don't have a way to reorder/change the order,
but it is a good idea for a suggestion.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
