When i send a test e-mail with the button on the notification page the email arrives. However when a customer has made an appointment and paid there are no e-mails. They don't arrive in the inbox for both the customer as the employee. I have tested many times and also different SMTP settings but not working. Pls let me know asap.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We couldn't replicate the issue. We went to your site and we have created a test customer and once we have booked the appointment we got the notifications immediately. You can see that in the screenshot
As far as we can everything is working and other are no issues.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We provide support only via tickets. The screenshots that we have sent you are for a real booking it is not from a test booking. You can see that because it has all the information relevant to that appointment.
We made the booking from the backend. As for this link that you have sent us afspraak.telefoonreparatie.nl. this is not part of Amelia so the bookings that are made via this can not trigger mails in Amelia. We can not see Amelia on your site on the front anywhere.
Amelia is working properly but as far as we can you haven't put Amelia's booking form
On your site so your customer do not book through Amelia and then of cource they can not get notifications. You need to put some Amelias booking form on your page so that customers can book via Amelia. This is not Amelia
This time we have booked directly from the front as you can see
And we got the mail immediately that informs us about the appointment.
So we have tested this from the backend and now from the front end and we can not find any issues. Everything is working every time for every scenario.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

Hi Marko,
This form asks 3 questions and then then get filled in as custom fields. Please just try doing the form I sent you and you will understand.
Hello Soufian,
We will try, but for this we need some zip codes. Can you please send some zip codes from your country so that we can check it out?
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
