I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
At the moment we do not have a new booking form for the catalog view, we only have one for step-by-step, we hope that soon there will be a new booking form for the catalog.
At the moment there is only new 2.0 booking form for step by step booking wizard. You are using the catalog booking form and we didn't released new 2.0 catalog booking form.
So everything is fine you can not have the new booking form at this moment because we haven't implemented it yet.
Hopefully, new 2.0 catalog booking form will be released soon, we can not give you an eta at this moment.

I have customised the booking form and published it but our whole website is still using the old form and we cannot work out why?
