We will just double-check the first point, in regards to the WYSIWYG fields (textareas) in the word templates,

and we will report back on the status of this functionality as soon as our 2nd Level Team confirms.

Regarding the PDF export,  yes,  at this time it is not possible,

but it is a good idea for improvement, so if you can be so kind to add the suggestion for our developers.

Please feel free to search on our suggestions page, 

 to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there,  and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

I got confirmation on this, sorry for the waiting time.

You are correct, this is not currently possible,

but in the future , our developers will add a lot more inputs that will be available,

such as text area, selectbox, datepicker, etc...

In regards to the PDF export -  it is under development,  and it should be finished in the near future,

but I am not able to promise you an exact ETA.
