We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, when creating appointments, and we set the time at 6:30 pm on a particular day, the timeslot still shows up for all other categories as well as available.
How can I fix this issue?
Hi, Jeremiah
Can you tell me, if i understood,
you have set a special day for an employee - and did you set only one service, or services from one category,
for the employee to work at 6:30 pm on that day?
I am not sure i fully understood,
so is it possible for you to show me some screenshots -
of the employee special day,
and show me what service/ categories are in question,
and which categories should not be showing, but are showing?
It will be best if you could record a video to show me all the details, to make sure i understand what is the issue exactly.
-
Also, if i can inspect the back-end of this setup, it can save us some time.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
-
And send me a link to this booking page, so that i can see the shortcode and the bookings on it?
Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi, Jeremiah
Apologies, i just thought of something else.
If you simply booked an appointment, and you don't want it to be available for other customers.
Does this service have more capacity available/ has free capacity slots left,
and you don't want to allow other customers to book the same Group time slot?
If that is the case, simply disable this, in Amelia settings/Appointment settings/Allow booking below minimum capacity
Then, if one customer books ( and if they bring additional persons), no other customers will be able to join them in same time slot.
Let me know if that helped?
If not, please elaborate on some points that i mentioned before. Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
