We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, wad
Thanks for reaching out to us
-
I can see what you mean,
but i am sorry to disappoint you - at this time it is not possible to search the Locations for the Events List View, on the front end.
-
It is possible to search if you use the Calendar View, though.
( here is my video that shows this on our Demo page)
But i will ask our management and developers to see if it might be possible to add this option soon for the Event List Booking View as well,
i personally think this is a good idea for improvement.
-
At this time, the only "workaround" i see for the Event List View is to open the Location dropdown on the filer,
and then if you press "CTRL+F" in the browser,
you can then search for a keyword, and click "next" arrow, until it gets focused on the dropdown.
Here is my video to see what i mean - https://watch.screencastify.com/v/B3CeWnpq65MCKnqLgJyB
I realise this is not user-friendly at all.
-
But i will check about adding the option to "search Event by location" in the filter for the Event List View option soon,
and i will report back to confirm if we have any estimate about it as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience and for suggesting this option.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Thanks, searching event by location is great to have, any news for the developers?
Thanks
Hi, wad
Firstly, my apology for all the waiting time.
I will check if they have any ETA on this feature for us,
as soon as they respond I will report back.
Thank you for your patience.
