I installed Amelia for a customer, but it seems to have a issue with the displaying in week view.
As you can see in attachements, some week the hour appears at 9am (perfect time because it's the beginning of the employee) and other week from midnight to midnight. And it's not the most comfortable to see quickly the appointments booked between his shift.
Usually, it does not work with the week after the week in progress and it's random after. If there are appointments or not during the week, it's the same. If we see the week October 17th to 23rd with hour midnight to midnight, I can switch to the week after and g back in this week, and it's possible sometimes, it appears in right way.
To be honest, i am not 100% sure about this behaviour with the Calendar.
On my local Test site, i can replicate the behaviour to see 24 hour work hours, if i log as Administrator :
But if i log as Amelia Manager user,
then i can see the Calendar limited exactly with the work hours that i set for employees :
I think that this has to do with the Administrator user behavior that we have,
in Amelia, if you are logged as Administrator, if you try to book in the back-end, you will see 24 hour availability, and even in the past, basically there are no limitations;
but if you log in as Amelia manager, or employee - then you will see only the work hours/time slots that are limited/set in the standard schedule.
-
I will double-check this with our 2nd level Team, and we will report back to confirm as quickly as possible.
2.
But, this looks odd on your end, to present one week from 00 hours, but the other from 9 AM.
Can i take a look at your Wp-Admin, please?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We have done further investigation, but still can't get to the root what is causing this strange display of the work hours on the back-end Calendar.

I have sent all the details and my testing videos to our QA Team, they will help me try to check all the possible details again, maybe i missed something.
I will keep you posted on our progress, of course.

Hi, Alexa
Sorry once again for the waiting time.
We have done further investigation, but still can't get to the root what is causing this strange display of the work hours on the back-end Calendar.

Hi, Alexa
Firstly my sincere apologies for the waiting time.
We had a small holiday from Thursday, through the weekend, which slowed down our work.
Thank you for your patience.

I can confirm that our developers have found a couple of bugs that manifest on our back-end Calendar View.
Thank you very much for pointing this behaviour out to us.
The developers will do their best to make a fix as soon as possible.
I hope they will implement a fix in one of the upcoming updates, but i can't guarantee an exact ETA.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
If they notify me that they made a fix in between updates, i will make sure to send it to you right away.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
