We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello there,
we are using the Amelia plugin on our website. Now we want to use the plugin on a separate landing page with different services. Is it possible to create a new separate calendar in the same wordpress environment? We also have different time slots for the new calendar and it should only be available for some days
Hello Amelie,
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hello Marko,
thank you for your reply. Sure.
We are currently using the plugin on the contact page for appointment bookings. Now our client has a trade show coming up. We will send a mailing to all customers with the possibility to book an appointment. In the mailing there will be a link pointing to a landing page where the amelia plugin should be located.
On this landing page there should be only one service "consulting on fair" and we will have different time slots than on the contact page. So we need a new setting which is actually quite different from the calendar we use on the contact page.
Is it possible to do this? Hopefully it is clearer now.
Hello Amelie,
Yes, of course. If we understood you correctly, you want to show only only one service on that page. If this is the case you can achieve that quite easily with the of our shortcode for example like this
We are sending you our article with the complete list of shortcodes that contains a short explanation of what and how it is displayed on the frontend https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/article/17639/.
This will be of much use to you in the future.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

that helped a little, thank you!
And is it possible to add a specific time to a single servie. For example, that a service is only available from 10 to 20 October?
Hello Amelie,
We are glad that this has helped you. You can try to achieve this with the special day's option. You can read more about it on the following link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-schedule/.
When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
