We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

You haven't missed anything. As described:
each employee can work on multiple locations and you can set up a customized schedule with different services and locations for each working period.
At the moment, you can create multiple locations, but an employee can only work on one location at a time. So, your employee can be assigned to work from 09 - 12 on Location 1, from 12 - 14 on Location 2, and from 14 - 17 on Location 3. It is not possible for customers to choose a location where the employee would work, but instead choose from given options.
You would need to open Employee's tab, go to Work Hours, and add time periods for each location.

How many locations can be attached to a single employee. I have numerous towns we service with 7 towns being between 10 and 25 minutes apart. We provide the same services to customers, some who own multiple properties. Each employee has the capacity to service between two to five properties per day, can a single employee receive bookings for what would amount to between two and five ( more are possible ) locations?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We do not have restrictions on how many locations employees can be assigned to. If you have 8 periods set in working schedule in one day you can get that employee to work in 8 locations for example, at a different time.
