I believe Amelia chooses its booking slots to maximize the number of bookings in a day, but I need to be able to offer client flexibility so they can choose an available start time of their choosing as long as it fits within the total studio hours. For instance a client was trying to book a 3 hour session with 2 hours of addon time and they wanted to start at 10:00am. the booking system was allowing them to choose 8:00am (our studio start time) and 3:00pm (the next time slot after the required gap), but the client couldn't choose to do specifically 10:00 am. Is there a way to customize the system (plugin etc) that would allow us to give the client flexibility to choose their time slot? Most of the time we only book one session a day, which is preferrable but not if the client can't be flexible with their choices.
For that purpose, I would suggest that you disable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page and let us know if it works or not.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?
Can you, please, leave a review on the Lite version of Amelia if you have an account at wordpress.org and have a couple of minutes? No need to write any specific text.
If it's not too much trouble, an additional review on Capterra would be greatly appreciated!
It’d mean a lot to us, and as a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 credit for SMS notifications.
