I am only using the free version, cause I just wanted to try before I buy the full license. I really like the product but I am getting errors. My site is in maintenance mode so it is not live right now.
When I configure everything and add my shortcode booking form to my page it is only loaded one time. As soon as I reload the page it stuck at loading and does nothing.
I am getting the following error:
Uncaught (in promise) Error: Request failed with status code 500 at qk (stepForm.e12e2c9f.js:8:15850) at L8 (stepForm.e12e2c9f.js:8:15974) at XMLHttpRequest.h (stepForm.e12e2c9f.js:9:1820)
Please go to Amelia Settings/Activation settings and disable the "Load entities on page load" slider. Wait for the "Success" message to come up, and then enable it again.
If that doesn't help, are you on managed WordPress? If you are, please note that those sites have the "Page Optimize" plugin installed by default. This plugin combines JS files, and this is what causes the issue.
For all who have managed WordPress, and are facing the same issue, please go to Plugins/Installed Plugins, and under "Page Optimize" click on "Settings":
This will take you to "Performance Settings". In there, in the JavaScript section, you'll see this:
After "backbone", you'll need to add "amelia_booking_script_index", like this:
Don't forget to add the comma, so it's:
,amelia_booking_script_index
After saving this, you'll most likely need to either purge the cache of the site completely or you could reach out to WordPress support (via chat) so they could do that.
"Please go to Amelia Settings/Activation settings and disable the "Load entities on page load" slider. Wait for the "Success" message to come up, and then enable it again."
Helped to solve the issue.
(Although, I have a managed WordPress site, I cannot see the Page Optimizer plugin installed. So, I cannot do the second option.)
Finally, my booking form is loading, but another bug popped.
If there is no available appointment time in the current month at all, the Date selection is not loading:
For example, tomorrow is the last working day of the month and I add a full day event, as it is a special day for my business(opening day event). I assign it to my name, as there is only one employee, I.
Boom the calendar is never loading.
If I change the event duration, and let for example 15 minutes free in my calendar, it is working properly:
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I tried to replicate it from my end and was unable to with blocking the whole month. I would suggest that you keep an eye on it and let us know if you have the same issue this month.
Just for more context, when I use two lines of shortcode on the same page template file the second shortcode doesn't load. So I would like to have the step-by-step booker and then underneath that the calendar view booker on the page 'All Camps' but when I try to do this the calender view just has the loading timer as shown in the screen shot.

Hi Marko,
Thanks for your reply.

Please find a screenshot attached.
I noticed I can submit one booking everyday or probably after every restart of my computer.
After that it is always just loading.
Thank you,
Linda

Hi Aleksandar,
Thanks you so much for your support.
The first option:
"Please go to Amelia Settings/Activation settings and disable the "Load entities on page load" slider. Wait for the "Success" message to come up, and then enable it again."
Helped to solve the issue.
