Is it possible to set up 2 different prices for the same appointment?
The 1st one is for payment on-site?
and the 2nd one is for when the appointment payment is done at the appointment's schedule time (Payment method is online like Stripe/PayPal...)
This would help us to reduce the no-show rate at the appointment date/time by giving an extra discount incentive for the payment in advance.
I'm using wpamelia for doctors' appointments and the no-show is hurting the business. Let's say the visitation is advertised as $100, the patient will be positively surprised that he can have an extra discount if he pays in advance, let's say $80.
I believe that we can't achieve what I asked for with your suggestion. We can't switch doctors!
On the other hand, what I requested can be done by your programmer at the same time you took to reply to this ticket.
It's as easy as adding one extra Price Field to be used when the online payment method is selected. And this would help users of all niches. It is serving as a marketing tactic for faster appointment sales.
I hope that you can bring this to the attention of your developers, and you may find that it's possible to squeeze it onto your coming minor update 🙌

Hi, Esam
Sorry for the delayed answer.

For the time being, the only way to achieve this is to set multiple employees to provide same service,
and you can set different price per each employee,
but our developers are preparing Custom Pricing for one of the upcoming larger Updates.
( there will be a small update first, 5.4)
The Custom Pricing should be included in the plugin in about one, to two months.
I can't guarantee it with 100% certainty, since there are unpredictable factors that can postpone development, but that is the current ETA.
You can certainly keep a lookout on our changeLog page if you'd like,
where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
Kind Regards,

Hi, Esam
Sorry for the delay
I just checked everything with our management and the developers.
It is not as easy as that to implement the Custom pricing, unfortunately.
The Custom pricing will have to be added as new logic,
to be tested by the developers in order to make sure that it will not affect anything else that is already part of the plugin.
Also it needs to be tested by our QA Team.
We can confirm that it is under development,
and as soon as it is finished, we will add it in one of the updates.
Our goal is to finish it as soon as possible as we do realise that it will bring a big improvement,
but we are not able to provide an exact ETA.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Milos,
Thank you for the update. I'm glad that it's in the development plan at least and looking forward to having it released the soonest possible.
I do appreciate your effort!
Hi, Esam
Sorry for the late reply.
No problem at all, I am also looking forward to the feature being complete as it will be a big improvement.
Please don't hesitate to open new tickets for any new questions you might have.
Thank you
