I figured out how to make a booking system where clients can choose between a zoom meeting or a real life meeting at the office of the client themselfs. Now all clients get the same notification, even if they choose a real life meeting they get a zoom link. Is there a way to have conditional notifications based on zoom meetings: a notification with the zoom link VS a notification with client adress (custom field) Is this possible?
You can achieve this by creating 2 different services one regular like consultations and the second consultations via zoom and then you can create custom notifications for different services to be sent in the notifications section
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Thank you for your reply, I presumed that you would give this solution. But is there no other way? Because comes off more clean if the client can just choose the consultation/service and then the location (zoom or at the office). Like in the screenshot below.
The solution you provide will make cluster the services selection with double services like for example: - service 1 - zoom meeting - service 1 - at the office - service 2 - zoom meeting - service 2 - at the office - service 3 - zoom meeting - service 3 - at the office
This is not really the desired outcome as it is just not logical. The desired outcome would be: Choose service: - service 1
- service 2 - service 3 Choose location: - Zoom - at the office
And then have conditional notifications based on the location option. So you are saying that this is not possible?
You can set the location and that way they get a placeholder about the location. But you don't want customers who chose the onsite option to get a zoom link.
This is not possible because Amelia do not have "conditional" notifications. You can set the notification for each service separately.
And as we mentioned, if the same service uses the same notification, all clients will receive the same notification.
If you create 2 services, you can set separate notifications for each service. That's how Amelia works.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
