After updating to the latest version, the plugin doesn't work, loading forever and nothing else. I tried to update in different ways, deactivating and activating the plugin, but the result is the same. When I switch to the previous version, everything works again. What can be done?
hey I'm not from Amelia but I got the same error you have to just go to your server settings and increase your upload media limit by default it's 2 mb only increase it to 128 and then try
Thank you for your advice. I installed a new Amelia plugin, via FTP - it only loads. Now, thanks to your advice, I installed the plugin using regular WordPress tools. But the result is the same - it only loads and nothing more. Any idea?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We have performed checks and we can see the booking form displayed on the front-end.
Also, the packages are available in the back end.
