We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I searched https://features.wpamelia.com/ and didn't see a relevant feature suggestion there. I thought I would first post here instead in case the feature I'm looking already exists and I'm just not seeing it.
Until recently, I had this setting turned ON: Amelia>Settings>General>Show booking times in client time zone. (this setting is now turned OFF).
I have two services: 1) local service and 2) remote service.
What happened:
When people book a remote service, many times they are in a different time zone from me, so I want the appointment times and notifications to match their own time zone (hence why I had that setting turned on).
When people book a local service, the time zone MUST be only my time zone, otherwise chaos ensues. Case example is the client lives in my time zone, but goes on travel and while in a different time zone, books a local service. They return home and all notifications are being sent in the time zone they used to be in. They miss their appointment, but it's not their fault, because the notifications were reminding them.
Is there a way to have "Show booking times in client time zone" apply only to specific services?
Thank you.
Hello Jason,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
I will also pass this suggestion on to our developers as well.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
