my customer uses custom pricing for an event. In case of an Event Booking his employee recieves an Email Notification with the placeholder "%event_price%". In that case unfortunately the recieved email show "0"€.
Is the palceholder in this event then a different one? Thanks!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We tested this on several devices and failed to replicate the issue
It is not clear to us why you use custom price when we see that you only have one price at that event. You can set a regular price, there is no need for a custom price. But what we tested, we tested with custom price and we see that everything works as it should.
You can write us which exact event you want us to test at your site and which notifications you use for that event so that we can check it.
