Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The issue that you described seems to be different than the one that Stéphane has.
I believe i found the issue, Stéphane has set an Administrator user to have same email as an employee - this is why the employee gets an Ajax error 500, when we try to book anything for that employee.
For other employees, it works fine.
So i advised Stéphane to decide - to change the Email for one of them - and it should be OK.

But for your issue, can you please create a new ticket from your Ticksy Email - and please elaborate a bit more on it, i am sorry, but i don't fully understand this issue you described - if you could maybe record your screen to show us what happens,
I finally found the root of the issue, sorry for the delay.
I had to use VPN in order to avoid the "you are a spammer" message on your site.
The issue is that some resources on your site are already taking up all 128 MB of PHP Memory limit, and Amelia is not able to allocate additional 20MB .
Please check this useful article that explains how to increase the Memory limit, if you need help with it ;
or you can simply ask your hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit for you.
That error should then be resolved, and please let us know if you encounter any further issues.
I recommend to increase this to at least 512 MB , that should fix the issues.

I have a similar issue with the Admin role. It can't set manual appointment time in 4h or reshedule. My setting is
"Allow admin to book appointment at any time" = Enable
Minimum time required before booking: = 4h
Minimum time required before rescheduling: 30min
Would you be able to see this issue? I used to set this before on the version 4.6 after update to 5.0, it happen with this function.
