Thank you for reaching out to us. When you go to Amelia/settings/payments and there you will find the metadata. There you can add extras like this for example
Not really, I need to find a way to do a quantity count in the extras added to the services as some extras are extras across various services, but in total only has a certain amount available. Like booking a set op dumbbells or a yoga matt with a class a client books, so it's available for all classes, but there are only 20 sets available and only 10 mats. So it needs to count down the amount and once it's finished it can't be booked any more and a message needs to display saying we are out of dumbbells for the class, please bring your own. But once the classes are done and the dumbbells or mats returned it counts back up again. So initially the clients get asked Do you want to book a set of dumbbells for your class or will you bring your own? so if they bring their own they just leave the extras at 0, but if they want a set they say 1, but now there are only 19 sets still available, so if someone now books a different class the availability of the extra is only 19 and not 20 any more even though the 1st set was booked out by a different class (service) than the second one.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

do i have to still add the extras to each service then? Or just as woocommerce products?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching back out to us.
The appointment along with the extras will be part of a single product in the WooCommerce cart/checkout page.
Hope this helps you.
