We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hey, I am on a verge to buy Amelia, because it seems like it fit's perfectly for my needs. Although I am having a tough time trying to figure out 2 things that are a must in my website.
1. I see that there is a Service & Employee tabs. Service will have a fixed price and employee will be matched to the service. I have different skill group employees and want the service price to be dependent on the employee chosen for that job. Is there a way to achieve that with Amelia?
f.e. a simple haircut:
Jack - begginer ($20) / Jasie - advanced ($30) / Julie - senior ($40)
2. I have 3 barbershops in different cities and I would like to have 3 separate appointment forms for them because there are other employees there. At this point there is a website with 3 different pages (https://name.com/city/), but I only see a possibility to have 1 appointment form. Is there a way to have 3 separate forms in 1 website?
Thank you for your answers!
