1. You can set that employee to be on vacation after a certain date 2. You can create special days and set on which service and until which date that employee will work and remove the employee from that service on a regular schedule in the employee modal.
If you wish to set the maximum period in advance for all bookings, you can do that in Amelia general settings/Period available for booking in advance :
But this is for all services.
-
You can also set this individually for each service,
in the service settings/general/Period available for booking in advance
And, this is for how many days they can book in advance, but it will not stop the service availability at a certain date.
-
As colleague Marko said , all the available time slots are directly depending on the employee work hours.
We don't have any way to add a new function to change that at this time,
and we don't provide customization service.
-
If you need to try to customize Amelia, we can only recommend reaching out to Teams that do custom work such as WP Kraken, but we can't advise on their pricing.
-
You can suggest this as a feature for our developers, and they will do their best to implement it in the future.
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
-
Alternatively, if you need to provide fixed dates and times for customers, we can only recommend to perhaps create Events in Amelia, then you can set certain time span for the event, and multiple days, or a recurring Event.
I want a service to be available till an exact date. Is that possible?
Hello Adem,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can try to achieve this in two ways
1. You can set that employee to be on vacation after a certain date
2. You can create special days and set on which service and until which date that employee will work and remove the employee from that service on a regular schedule in the employee modal.
Hope this helps.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Is it possible to add a new function? It can also be customization.
I want to attach it to a service and not to an employeer. Just like having a seasonly service, just for a period.
