In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi there,
Is there any chance to setup the WhatsApp notifications sent to clients after booking a service using the exact same whatsapp phone number we use to talk to our clients?
We already have 2 phone numbers for whatsapp, one to talk to clients and another one used for a bot automation. We really want to make this simple and avoid using a 3rd number just to send booking notifications.
Is there a way to connect the Amelia integration to one od these I've just mentioned?

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
There is currently no option for the customer's messages to be visible on WhatsApp because when that number is associated with the WhatsApp platform, it can no longer be used on mobile applications. If the other number, that you use for bot automation is not associated with the WhatsApp application, you could use that number as well for the notifications in Amelia.

Thanks for the reply. The number we want to use is not associated with the mobile app but it's connected with the Whatsapp Cloud API that is being used to connect with the Bot. Can we use it for both the Amelia notifications as well as the Bot connection?

I got confirmation on this.
We assume that this WhatsApp cloud API is connected with a business account on the meta platform,
so you should hot have any issues.
We are also using a WhatsApp Cloud API for sending of the templates, so you would not have to change anything on the account itself.
You will just create templates and place the necessary ID(s) from the WhatsApp business profile.
