Please see excel sheet-when exporting event attendees it is not separating the custom field data - when I choose what to export, it simply say "custom fields" - this is a huge problem because the sheets have to be reformatted for Mailchimp. And I am wanting to eventually get an automated MC solution, to sync any time someone registers for an event - (I do not have create user in wordpress on) as I didn't need that feature. I have a feeling that whichever auto MC solution I go with, this is still going to be a problem because of the way YOUR data is going in... I won't be able to match columns - right now I have someone revising ALL the excel sheets - but going forward with event registration - how can I make those fields SEPARATE? Thank you!
Also while you are at it - in the area of customize fields - when you assign the fields to events - ALL events should default - why do I have to chose EACH EVENT every time? (that is very annoying) I should be able to default to all - So I went in there to review the assigned events, and NOW - all of a sudden the custom fields are not exporting at all - (they are in the database) so what did I do wrong? How do I resolve back to when the custom fields DID come out on the export?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
