I'm using Amelia as a booking engine on a service that connects tutors (Amelia employees) with students who need tutoring (customers) for recurring appointments.
I want tutors to be able to set a broad availability to work. But, I want to have a limit on the number of appointments they can take because each appointment repeats over the course of 10 weeks.
For example, a tutor sets working hours as MTWF from 3-7 PM. A customer can book a tutoring session in any of those times. BUT, after the tutor has received two bookings, they are no longer available for new appointments.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features.
Our developers are going to work on implementing a daily/weekly limit for employees and individual customers, but we don't have an ETA on that yet. It should be implemented within a couple of months, but we cannot promise that.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.

How do I do this?
Thanks,

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page: https://features.wpamelia.com/
