Under Amelia > Notifications > SMS Notifications > User Profile you can find the “Alpha Sender ID” is the name that will be shown as a sender name in your messages. To set it, click on the Change Alpha Sender ID and the input will open for you to enter the new ID. After you enter it, click on the Save button and the new sender ID will be shown, but please note that this feature does not work in all countries.

the entitled is : 3807 (under the Picto) is it possible to replace 3807 with the name of the company
